HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are in stock unless "Unavailable" is displayed. Please note that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until your order is complete.

WILL THERE BE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
After you place your order, we will send you an email to confirm that it has been received.
If, however, any of the items you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you by email and will arrange for a refund for the value of that item.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You can then track the order on the SF Express website.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of your purchase for any return or exchange request. The email should include photos of the problem, order number and product number. The return item(s) must be sent out within 3 days after receipt of our email confirmation. Exchange is only granted for same style and availability will be subject to stock status upon request. Please allow up to 10-12 days for us to receive and process your request. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Should the returned items are out of the conditions of exchange and return; the items will be returned to customer and customer need to bear the two-way shipping fee.
